Sunday, July 24, 2022 - Needs a year or 2 but very impressive now. I had with beautiful ribeye. But would suggest with lamb. The floral and herbal notes are amazing in this inky glass. Will agree a bit of sensory overload. Would love to try in a few years. This needs time to integrate the tannins a bit more.
