Thursday, August 18, 2011 - Smells of bark, dust, hibiscus. A bit medicinal. Some fruit sugar. Tastes of oak, a bit of apple pie, quite toasty and fruity, some grapefruit. Quickly turns to a basic/baking soda flatness, then more oak, tannins, pith, sea salt and some vanilla.
