Saturday, October 29, 2011 - This was a very nice expression of Shea Vineyard fruit. Bright red cherry and black pepper were the main flavors along with very nice acidic lift. I think that a little more bottle time will smooth this out even more, though Betsy was waxing poetic about it--she absolutely loved it.
