Friday, December 16, 2022 - Initially a little funk, blew off quickly to reveal leather, dark cherry, and a touch of wood. Palate of tart cherry, coffee, touch of cassis and cedar. Nice mid palate tannins still popping though but finely integrated. Lingering finish invites another sip. Really surprised but this wine. Very enjoyable.
