Thursday, January 6, 2022 - Drank this on xmas dinner with deer filet in a port wine sauce, great wine, some fruit left but tertiary aromas were very present, great length, really enjoy how well Bordeaux wine can age. At 31 years old this wine I think is in its peak and will stay at this stage for another 5 to 8 years before it starts to decline. Can't believe I paid this wine $60 at release in 1993 and today current vintage is releasing at over $250.
