Moderate garnet color with some clearing at the rim
Bright cherry on the nose with underlying forest floor/ earth but also what I get as an overlying dominance of oak remaining after 12 yrs
Nice cherry/ herbal aspect on the palate with medium plus acidity
Rather high alcohol on the palate
Not a bad wine, but as others have stated, not really that interesting either
