Monday, April 8, 2013 - Subtle hints of cinnamon, baker's chocolate, and orange peel quickly burned off in a plume of high alcohol, leaving mostly bing & black cherry flavors behind. Middling tannins and acidity don't forecast much longevity for this wine. I'm sure there's so much more here to be enjoyed if the EtOH level were just 0.5% lower.
