Thursday, November 19, 2015 - Stood up for >2 wks. Decanted fo 2.5h. Translucent ruby-garnet. A-herbs, red cherry, high toned kirsch and maraschino cherry, forest floor. Elegantly expressive P- Uplifted black cherries, unripe blueberries, herbs, flowers, garrigue, kirsch and forest floor. Moderate tannins in midpalate turns to a nice bitterness. F-Kirsch, brandy flavors, forest floor, fruit, and herbs on moderately long finish. Just complex on its own and almost doesn't need food. Elegant but still with a kick. Best showing yet.
