Friday, July 26, 2013 - Decanted 6+ hours, leftovers rebottled overnight. 14.8% ABV.

I could drink this all day. Funky dried/aged meat, umami, olives, pepper, flowers, slate and graphite.

Second day is just as good, if not a bit better. Should be even more interesting in another 5 or 6 years.
