Thursday, May 20, 2021 - Burnt sugar, honey, orange peel, floral notes, botrytis spice on the nose. Quite fresh and lively on the palate, not cloying at all, but also not super concentrated. Spicy and slightly bitter, good balance, nice length. Drink or keep. 91-93
