Sunday, March 20, 2011 - Brought to a wine tasting and this was served near the end. Some people enjoyed the dryness of the chilled Pinot Noir sparkling wine while others did not particularly enjoy it. I am not usually a fan of "champagne" but I quite liked this. It had a nice pinot nose and with the bubbles and chilled, it was quite flavorful. Not a wow but very enjoyable.
