Tuesday, January 8, 2013 - Had it with braised lambs tongues, cardoon casserole and duxelles. Decanted for about 2 hours. Spicy, refined cassis fruit, grippy tannins. A great bargain that's still drinking really well. I hope this wasn't my last bottle.
