Popped and let sit for 30 min prior to tasting

Color: Dark Purple

Nose and Taste: Very dark, tending to blackberry, plum and chocolate. Significant oak at first but then balanced in with time. Very complex, saturated with flavor, very deep, a bit excessively so.

Tasty and I will enjoy it again but on this night it was a bit over the top.
