Sunday, January 30, 2011 - Tasted at the winery. I have been enjoying the Chappellet Signature Cab for several years. I still have bottles of '04 thru '07 in the cellar. This was my first taste of the '08. I really liked it and wrote down a numerical score, but didn't make notes to report. I bought a six pack.
