Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - Tasted at the winery. Graphite, lavendar, cassis, blueberry, and tobacco on the nose. Lots of savory notes on the palate- cedar and leather, with cassis and currant. Round approachable tannins and a longish finish. A little more straight forward and less complex than the 2006 I had recently, but very nice.
