Sunday, October 4, 2015 - W sausage. Glad this turned fine. I was worried that i had a bad bunch of bottles but this just needed time to open up. Good solid mid weight cab. Make sure you give it two+ hours to open up. I'll wait for my last bottle until it is 10 yrs old
