Saturday, May 26, 2018 - Delicious and reaching maturity. Petro, apple on the nose. Fleshy body of pear and apple and spice. Nice balance and fairly straight ahead fleshy spatlese. This should develop a bit further but not sure if it’s built for the long hall.
