Thursday, September 21, 2023 - 5 hours slow ox. Black and red cherry notes, some plum, black truffles, sweet Oak. Very smooth. Some bricking at edge but beautiful at core. 20 second finish. Not sure it stands out as unique in any particular way, but it is really well made wine with all elements in excellent balance.
