This was slow-oxygenated for a couple of hours before serving, and showed really nicely with layers of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours accented by lime leaf, stony minerality, and more savoury smoky notes. There's a broad, creamy texture on the palate, but good acidity beneath keeping it very well balanced.
