Sunday, December 27, 2015 - One of two chardonnays served at our wine tasting party- other was a 2011 Martinelli single vineyard (Zio Tony). I thought the A&O had solid balance, was very rich and creamy in texture. The better balanced of the two wines selected. Compared to the Martinelli, the fruit was subdued and tilted more toward apple. The group of friends tasting generally preferred the Martinelli.
