Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - Opened not decanted. I just ordered my allocation so I thought it would be a good idea to pop one. I had just finished a Freeman 08 RR PN and while I was not going to compare them I was surprised how dark this wine was. Almost like a Syrah. Tastes very young with a strong citrus attack on the entry and orange and tangerine on the mid palate. Darker fruit of black cherry on the finish. Needs some air but Very Good.
