Saturday, July 31, 2010 - Châteauneuf-du-Pape tasting: The palate had dark cherry, tar and roasted fruit & meat flavors. There was a little bit of a damp earthiness at the end of the medium-long finish. This was another WA wine that did pretty well amongst a large CdP tasting.
