Wednesday, March 9, 2016 - This wine has really been filling out and has improved since my last note. Now is better to double decant for 60-90mins, needed to integrate the alcohol and acidity, and it will then improve further in the glass - becoming much darker, richer and complex (think sweet licorice and spices). I love the 2009 vintage, and this is cracking value for what it is becoming. Will probably improve to 2018 and drink to 2023.
