Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - Tasted at the winery. Smoky, earthy, mushroomy aromas ushering in tart cranberry and cherry fruit in the palate. Finishes with additional earth and spice notes across firm and gritty tannins. Should develop very nicely as fruit mellows and tannins resolve.
