Tuesday, December 31, 2019 - Opened prior to our NYE dinner at an Italian restaurant in Santa Rosa. It was a little acidic at first (no time for decanting) and got much better after the meal arrive. Solid wine.

PS: I don’t know what those prior reviewers are smoking! “Two hours decant…” The bottle itself says on the back to open the wine one hour prior consumption, it does NOT recommend decanting. And a 14 years old wine should never be decanted for such long time (with very few exceptions).
