Tuesday, December 27, 2016 - Served from magnum. Mature chablis with light golden colour, nose of yellow apples, minerals, seabed and a hint of honey. Almost silky texture, good balance and medium body. Mature but will keep for some years. A decent effort from Domaine Brocard.
