Wednesday, November 14, 2018 - Opened first night and after 1 hour decant it tasted dis-joined. Hard to pin down the problem but not a delicious Cabernet experience so put it back in the bottle.
Day 2 - Now we're talking. Big and fruit forward on the nose. There's a tarry aroma that reminds of Barolo. Palate is big and new world-y but not overdone. Tannins are front and centre but never intrusive. This could age longer but just lovely now!
