Sunday, May 14, 2023 - Decanted for 1.5h then back into bottle for restaurant. From memory about 2.5h after decant. Lovely gold color. Nice aromas of tart granny smith apples, lemon, loads of minerals, some bitter herbs. Palate showed lovely, intense tart apples, lemons, fantastic minerals, some bitter herbs and underlying petrol present from beginning to finish. Fantastic acids on a full body. Nice, long finish that echoes the palate. Complex with excellent depth and concentration.Drinking so well now but I suspect this can evolve further with greater harmony. Wish I had more. Lovely. 93+
