Monday, October 30, 2023 - Very different from the earlier bottle. Nicely aging Barolo. Violets and berries and some vanillin. Flavours showing some berry fruit that still shows sweet berry flavours. Some black tea creeping in. Vanilla, tobacco and spices to a lesser degree. Still a bit shrill overall .... not mellow or smooth. But still nice to drink. Medium length to finish.
