Saturday, April 6, 2013 - In a blind tasting, one might think this is Riesling with hints of mineral, apricot and lemon pudding. The wine is medium body and glycerin smooth. The oak provides structure but doesn't overpower. The wine delivers a melon flavor and finishes with roasted nut flavor.
