Tuesday, November 5, 2013 - The wine is light-medium color with light body. There is a slight woodsy nose with dried herbs, spice and touch meaty. The wine took 2 days to finish and showed improvement on the second day. The wine is a bit in the acidic side to the point of inbalance.
