Thursday, December 24, 2020 - A vigorous, lively showing for this wine. It's probably just hitting its first plateau of peak. Red cherry color. Stunning nose of black cherry, cranberry, mushroom, spice, and flowers. In the mouth, seamless, focused, but perhaps not the full weight and velvety quality of the absolute finest Trenton Estate. Nevertheless, this is extremely impressive. Great length. Generous finish. Not dried out or tired in any way. The fruit is extremely lively. A
