Wednesday, April 17, 2013 - Restrained, fresh, savory, red fruit; mild tannin; notes of earthy mushroom; black tea bitterness & oak finish. The oak was a little more than I prefer when tasted in isolation, but was balanced out when paired with hearty food. Surprisingly good. Improved on night 2. Drink or hold.
