P: After just opening, I did my initial taste and found the acid dominating the mid-palate, and not in a good way. Also very creamy, lactic quality and lots of texture. Of course this was also right from the refrigerator. Tasted it about 3 hours later (almost room temp) and it was much more enjoyable. Acid has toned down and is more integrated into the wine. Very leesy and stony at this point and it's drinking much better. Can't wait to see where it goes throughout the night.
