Sunday, March 29, 2015 - PNP. Garrigue and burnt raspberry nose; full flavored palate of red fruits, especially raspberry with a spicy herbal undertone entering a dark, caramelized raspberry jam, anise and molasses phase which dominates the finish. Plenty of acidity and discrete tannins. First time with this wine. Will see how it evolves
