Thursday, December 14, 2023 - Christmas Cornucopia WIMPS #172 14th December 2023 (La Trompette, Chiswick): What a treat at the end of the cracking lunch. Some rose petal, grated white chocolate and hints of pot pourri. With air suggestions of cassia syrup and some raisins. Palate has a lovely Christmas spice character with some bitter dark chocolate notes. Mouth coating and warming. Fabulous.
