Tuesday, April 14, 2020 - Opened on Easter Sunday to have with grilled steak and chicken. Decanted and aired but it was still tight. Finished bottle last night and the fruit in this wine had opened up and it wasn't as "hot" as on Sunday. Plum, black berry, leather and fresh herbs meld making this a balanced and enjoyable wine. Needs lots of air and time to come up.
