Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - Dark red. Aromas of red fruit. Medium bodied, smooth, minimal tannins. Flavors of red cherries. It was very easy to drink. I was surprised it was as good as it was given its age and expected drinking window. Went well with a Dijon crusted roasted chicken dinner.
