Saturday, October 4, 2014 - Wonderful. Didn't wait long, pretty much PnP and drank before, during, and after a meal over 2-3 hours. Spicebox and red fruits started things along with some earth, then picked up mineral, iron, rust and granite notes, some meaty notes and and maybe black cherry, then it added weight showing more dark, ripe fruits and tea leaf (indicating tannins popping back up, which means it probably could stand several more years aging).
