Saturday, November 18, 2017 - Took to a restaurant for a birthday celebration. Decanted for an hour. Excellent example of a GSM and as good as a similar vintages CdP.
Lots of black fruit with a hint of vanilla. Long finish. One of the best wines I’ve tasted this year.
