Saturday, April 9, 2022 - 40% Mourvedre/28% Syrah/27% Grenache/5% Counoise. Nice old school Paso and very reminiscent of older Beaucastel. Red cherry, cranberry, raspberry, and dark plum fruit. Notes of earth, stewed tomatoes, prunes, baking spice, raspberry liqueur, and savory herbs. Nice acidity, smooth tannins, and gool long finish. Great drinking window right now.
