Friday, May 25, 2012 - Very aromatic nose with cherry, spices, some vanilla, and at first hints of mint that seemed to fade with more air. Tart red cherries and red berries dominate the palate, with a mineral, earthy finish that is beautifully long. There is absolutely a Burgundian feel to this wine.
