Friday, July 15, 2011 - Popped and poured. Bright garnet-red color. Up-front, ostentatious nose of strawberries, some tar, and a int of wood. Lively and fruity on the palate with excellent acidity and fruit. A lovely quaffing wine. Paired nicely wth roast chicken breasts and pasta with chard and colatura.
