Monday, July 18, 2011 - Day 5 on the counter at room temp and these three Ridge wines are all holding wonderfully. Most liveliness on the nose. Shows some red fruit aromas. Dark cherry and raspberry aromas. Palate is on fire tonight! Suave texture, but the elegant side of Ridge Zin. This shows the acid that the Lytton 08 does not have. Again for $36 and 15-20yrs ahead of it, this wine is a steal.
