Wednesday, April 29, 2020 - Beautiful sweet pepper and vanilla nose. Still lots of very ripe fruit, with the jammyness well offset by the acidity. Lots of secondary notes - char, cedar, green pepper. For me this is the ultimate barbecue wine. It’ll keep a bit longer.
