Friday, March 6, 2020 - 2010 Cabernet Vintage Night (Aretsky's Patroon - NYC): Opened, but not decanted, for over an hour before drinking. Part of a 2010 Cabernet tasting. Easily the WOTN. Elegant, with a long finish. My first bottle of this vintage, after waiting patiently after buying direct from the winery many years ago. A restrained nose, with notes of Cassis, and some spices.
