Thursday, June 11, 2015 - Candied pear, candied ginger, toast, and honey on the nose. Spicy, floral, and saline in the mouth. Tiny beads build to a long, lingering, nutty finish. This is a powerful, impressive Champagne. Wonderful now but with years of aging possible.
