Tuesday, May 9, 2006 - Wonderful wine, fresh and pure without being tart. Pale straw in color. Grapefruit and elderflower aromas and palate, with a nice, juicy finish that lingers. Inviting and great QPR. Easy to pair with most foods, but especially nice with food that uses citrus or is grilled.
