Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Wow. Very aromatic. Very reminiscent of a rhone white--- i need to study how these differ. Carmelized mascarpone, lemon herbal; great acidity at this point!-balancing the caramelization in the finish! Long finish... Quite good. I am confident that the initial critic scores are too low. Might be 94. I challenge them to try this now. Congratulations Ehren!
