Friday, November 20, 2020 - This was exceptional tonight with lots of rich, penetrating dark red fruit, deep, earthy, sous bois undertones, perhaps the suggestion of smoky coffee and some dusty tannins on the long finish. This a big burgundy with a fairly sauvage mouthfeel. All in all, quite the treat and just barely coming into its own. I suspect this has quite a long life ahead of it.
